BARC Exam Pattern | Nurse, Scientific Assistant, Stipendiary Trainee & Others
- Stage 1- Preliminary Test
- Prelims exam will consist of 50 multiple-choice questions and the time duration will be 1 Hour.
- Each correct answer will be awarded 3 marks.
- There will be a negative marking of 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- Premils Exam is to only shortlist the candidates to the next stage 2 Exam.
- Stage 2 – Advanced Test
- The Test will comprise 50 multiple choice questions of 2 hours duration.
- Each correct answer will be given 3 marks.
- There will be a negative marking of 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- A merit list of the candidates will be provided based on the stage 2 exam.
- Stage 3 – Skills Test
- Based upon the Merit List prepared after Stage-2, candidates will be shortlisted
for Stage 3. - candidates shortlisted for Skills Test will depend upon the number of candidates qualifying in Stage 2.
