Educational Qualification for CBI Post Vacancy

Lecturer(Law) – 1 Post

(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;
OR
(ii) with two years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the PB-2 ₹9,300-34800 with Grade Pay of ₹4800/- (Pre-revised) (Level-8 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department;
OR
(iii) with three years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the PB-2; {₹9300-34800 plus Grade Pay ₹4600/- (Pre-revised) (Level-7 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC)or equivalent in the parent cadre or department;
OR
(iv) with eight years’ service in the grade rendered aft.er appointment thereto on a regular basis in the PB–2; ₹9300-34800 plus Grade pay ₹ 4200/- (Pre-revised) (Level-6 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department;
AND
(i) Master’s Degree in law from recognised University.
(ii) One year teaching experience in a recognised College or University or Training Institute of the Central Government or State Government.

Lecturer(Criminology) – 1 Post
