• 5 years’ experience of terminological work in Hindi and/or Translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa, preferably of technical or scientific literature OR 5 years’ experience of teaching, research, writing or journalism in Hindi

• Holding analogous post on regular basis; or
• Having at least 5 years of regular service in the posts in the Level-5 in pay matrix or equivalent; and
• Possessing a Diploma in Engineering in Electronics/Information Technology or Instrumentation and having experience of not less than 5 years in maintenance repairs of laboratory equipment’s/instruments
