1. Undertake extensive field surveys and prepare water/sediment samples for scientific analysis (major, trace, REE, XRD, XRF, etc.) at National Laboratories to assess 1) source, location, type, nature, and quantum of nutrients and toxins from natural and anthropogenic sources, and 2) dynamics of textural parameters, magnetic susceptibility, and geochemistry of bedload and suspended sediments and physical-chemistry of river water

2. Assist the investigators in report preparation, data compilation/processing, preparation of progress reports, international journal publications, etc.
