Request removal of your account and personal data

Account Deletion Request

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our platform (Jobs7, TamilanJobs, or KeralaJobs), you can do so using the methods below.

What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your user profile and personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
Your uploaded resume and documents
Your profile photo
Your job application history
Your saved jobs and preferences
Your notification settings and history

How to delete your account

Option 1: From the App

Open the app → Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account → Confirm deletion.

Option 2: Contact Us

Send an email to support@jobs7.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone number or email associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
If you have any active job applications, they will be withdrawn upon account deletion.
We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance) for a limited period.
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
