National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is a joint venture between the Government of India and the states of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh that is responsible for implementing the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) in India's National Capital Region (NCR).
