• Bachelor in Engineering/ Technology (full time) + 14 years of post Qualification experience out of which at least 3 years in areas of power sector/ energy efficiency/Solar Energy/electricals appliances

•  Full time Graduation with full time MBA in Energy Management/ Energy & Environment Management OR Ph.D in Energy & Environment / Energy Economics + 14 years of post qualification experience out of which 5 years in dealing with industrial energy efficiency / energy policy / energy economics And must have adequate knowledge ontrigeneration/cogeneration/Combined Heat and Power/Waste Heat Recovery And on project management, stakeholder consultations, public procurement And Should have experience of dealing with National or International agencies working in Energy Efficiency, Energy financing etc..**

• Commercial – Bachelor in Engineering/ Technology (full time) + 12 years of post qualification relevant experience in Commercial/ Financial/ Institutional development aspects in an organisation of repute.
