We are looking for a talented and highly-analytical Bio-Tech Lab Assistant to join our growing Incubator team. As the Bio-Tech Lab Assistant, you will work with our senior staff, Incubatee, and Students to process samples, perform tests, and record and analyze results. One should have in-depth knowledge of lab procedures and understand the importance of maintaining a clean workspace by following all lab regulations.

• Act as a technical and maintenance assistant to the Lab in charge of the TIDES Business Incubator. The position will directly report to the CEO, TIDES.
• Prepare samples for testing using various laboratory equipment for the various labs.
• Inform the students and Incubate about the various precautions to be taken, especially while handling the machine
• Maintain all laboratory records. Assist in procurement, installation, and maintenance of equipment.
• Conduct laboratory tests, analyze results, and document your findings.
• Stay informed with the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Undertake basic administrative tasks such as filing and answering telephones and e-mails.
• Any other activities necessary to support and strengthen the Laboratory, incubation, and mentoring activities.
