OR a combination of above streams of Engineering with not less than 60% marks from a recognized University approved by AICTE + Minimum two years of experience in Planning, Execution, supervision and/or quality control assurance for construction Projects of Signal and Telecommunication preferably in Railways or PSU or reputed Private Company (**)
