Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates who have studied Class VIII to XII in Tamil Nadu are eligible and do not need to provide a nativity certificate.
Tamil Nadu native candidates who studied outside the state must submit a digitally signed e-Nativity Certificate.
Qualifying Examination Requirements
Candidates must have passed HSC (Academic or Vocational) with the following minimum average marks:
Academic Stream (+1 & +2):
General Category – 45%
BC / BCM – 40%
MBC / DNC – 40%
SC / SCA / ST – 40%
Vocational Stream (+1 & +2):
Must have studied Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry
Minimum marks same as above categories
