Eligibility Requirements
Educational Qualification
Applicant must be an Indian citizen and a native of Tamil Nadu.
Candidates who studied Classes VIII to XII in Tamil Nadu need not produce a Nativity Certificate.
Native Tamil Nadu candidates who completed any of their qualifying classes outside Tamil Nadu must submit a valid Nativity Certificate stating that the applicant is a native of Tamil Nadu by birth.

Vocational Stream with Biology and Agricultural Science (Agricultural Practices, Poultry or Dairying)
For B.Tech Programmes

Vocational Stream students are not eligible for B.Tech admissions.
Vocational Stream Reservation
5% of the total BVSc & AH seats are reserved for candidates from the Vocational Stream of the Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Board. This reservation applies only to BVSc & AH admissions.

Applicants must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31 December 2026.
