Responsibilities

• Define, build, and execute the delivery process from the delivery station to the customer’s address
• Ensure enough bandwidth in the territorial delivery team to manage peak-time delivery
• Engage closely with the delivery team including associates to develop and maintain a highly motivated and performance-driven team
• Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance through process and training improvements
• Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance
• Implement formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen

Qualifications

• Graduation, MBA desirable
• People management experience
• Experience in handling a team is highly desirable
• Experience in handling live operations preferred (wherein decisions have to be taken on the spot and actions need to be initiated right away)
• Knowledge of city topography and road networks is an added advantage
• Management experience in delivery operations is desirable
