Educational Qualification

APSC requires Diploma, Bachelor Degree candidates to apply for their District Sports Officer notification 2021. The detailed information has been given below or you can verify it on the official notification itself.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) from a University/ Institute recognized by UGC/ NCTE.
2. 4 (four) years (integrated course) Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) from a University/ Institute recognized by UGC/ NCTE,
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce from a recognized University with a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Physical Education (B.P.Ed)

Age Limit

APSC job required a minimum of 21 years to a maximum of 38 years with good sprite.

(i) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. upto 43 years.

(ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. upto 41 years as per Govt. Notification No. ABP. 6/2016/9 dated Dispur the 25th April 2018.

(iii) For Persons with Benchmark Disability (PWBD) by 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and General Category of candidate as per Govt. Memorandum No. ABP 180/2017/105 dated Dispur the 7th January 2019.
