Assam TET Syllabus & Exam Pattern 2023: The Assam Teacher Eligibility Test (Assam TET) is a state-level examination conducted by the Government of Assam, Elementary Education, Axom Sarba Shiksha Abhiyan Mission. The purpose of the examination is to assess the eligibility of candidates for the post of teacher in government schools in Assam. The Assam TET examination is mandatory for all candidates who wish to become teachers for classes I to VIII.
The Assam TET examination is conducted in two phases: Paper-I and Paper-II. Paper-I is for candidates who wish to teach classes I to V, and Paper II is for candidates who wish to teach classes VI to VIII. Candidates who wish to teach classes I to VIII must appear for both Paper-I and Paper II.
