CBSE Result 2023 Check 10th & 12th Re-evaluation and Verification Begins Today: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has commenced the re-evaluation and verification process for the Class 10th and 12th Board exams, which were held in 2023. This is an excellent opportunity for applicants who are not satisfied with their marks to apply for re-evaluation and verification. The process will begin on 16 May 2023 and will be conducted online through the CBSE official website.
CBSE Re-evaluation & Verification Process
The re-evaluation process is a method where the answer sheets of the applicants are re-checked by the examiner to ensure that all the answers are evaluated correctly. The verification process is a process where the applicant’s answer sheet is verified to ensure that the marks are calculated accurately.
CBSE 2023 Process Begins Date & Fee
The process will begin on 16 May 2023 and will be conducted online through the CBSE official website. Applicants who wish to apply for re-evaluation or verification will need to pay the respective fees, as mentioned on the website.
The fees for the re-evaluation process will be Rs 500, while the verification fee will also be the same. However, those who wish to obtain a photocopy of their answer book will be required to pay Rs 700 for Class 12th and Rs 500 for Class 10th.
Who is Eligible for a Photocopy of the Answer Book?
Applicants must note that only those who have applied for verification will be eligible to obtain a photocopy of their answer book. The CBSE has issued a circular stating that applicants can apply for the photocopy of the answer script only after applying for verification.
Steps to Apply for CBSE Class 10th, 12th Re-evaluation, Verification 2023 Online
Applicants who wish to apply for re-evaluation or verification can do so by following the below steps:
1. Visit the official website of CBSE, cbse.gov.in.
2. Click on the ‘Verification/Re-evaluation’ link available on the website.
3. Enter the required details like Roll Number, School Code, Centre Code, and Admit Card ID.
4. Choose the subject(s) for which you want to apply for re-evaluation or verification.
5. Make the payment of the respective fee using the available payment options.
6. Submit the application form and take a printout of the same for future reference.
