Eligibility Criteria for CRPF Constable Notification 2023

Age Limit

Only candidates who fall between 18 and 23 years are eligible to apply. However, five years of age relaxation will be given to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes and three years of relaxation will be provided to candidates falling under Other Backward Classes. The upper age limit shall be relaxable up to five years for the candidates of the first batch of Ex-Agniveers. Qualification

Candidates must have done matric or equivalent from a board or university recognized by the Central Government or State Government or equivalent Army qualification in case of Ex-Army personnel.

Physical and Medical Standards

Physical and Medical Standards for recruitment to the post of Constable (General Duty) in the Central Reserve Police Force shall be applicable as per the Scheme prescribed by the Central Government from time to time. Candidates must qualify Physical Efficiency Test and written examination as prescribed for Constable (General Duty) mentioned in the advertisement for the recruitment.

CRPF Constable Salary 2023

The recruitment has been announced for the Level-3 pay matrix. Selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary between Rs. 21,700 and Rs. 69, 100. The selected candidates will have to undergo probation for 2 years.
