SSC GD PET PST Admit Card (Postponed)
SSC GD Physical Admit Card 2023: PET & PST Standard:
- SSC GD Physical Admit Card 2023: The admit card for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for SSC GD Constable Exam 2023 is expected to be released soon.
- PET Standards: Male candidates will be required to run 5 Kms within 24 minutes, while female candidates will need to complete 1.6 Kms within 8 ½ minutes.
- PST Standards: The height requirement for male candidates is 170 cms and for female candidates is 157 cms. Male candidates should also have a chest measurement of 80 cms (un-expanded) with a minimum expansion of 5 cms.
- Weight Requirement: Weight should be proportionate to height and age as per medical standards.
- Qualification for DME: Candidates who pass the PET/PST will be called for a Detailed Medical Examination (DME) as part of the selection process.
