4. Installation and Configuration of Router, Switches, Servers, work stations etc.
5. Installation of configuration of NMS Tools.
6. Operating Test equipment like Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, BER meter.
7. Operating OTDR and Power Meters for Optical Parameters.
8. Isolation Transformer /Power.
9. Distribution Panel/ LT & HT/ Junction box.
10. UPS Maintenance and Electrical Distribution systems.
11. DG sets.

Age Limit

ECIL job required a maximum of 33 years with good sprite.

Age Relaxation:

1. SC/ST candidates by 5 years categories
2. OBC candidates by 3 years categories
3. For candidates belonging to PWD category having minimum 40% disability or more, will get 10 years’ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
4. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.
