Haryana Police Commando Admit Card 2021 (Out), Download HSSC Constable PMT PST Call Letter @hssc.gov.in: Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released the Admit Card for the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Screening Test (PST) for the post of Male Constable (Commando Wing). Haryana Police Commando Physical Exam will be conducted as follow:

HSSC Police Commando PMT Height Details
Height:
- 175 CM – 05 Marks
- Above 178 CM – 06 Marks
- Above 181 CM – 08 Marks
- From 184 CM and above – 10 Marks
Candidates less than 175 CM would not be qualified
Haryana Police Commando PST Details
There shall be the following three tests of 10 marks each the total marks for PST shall be 30
- High Jump: More than 137 Cm (best of three chances) – 10 Marks
- Chin-ups: Minimum 8 (face above the horizontal bar in each count) – 10 Marks
- Race: 2 KM in less than 7 minutes and 30 seconds (timing with RFID technology) – 10 Marks
Important instructions for Physical Screening Test(PST)
Procedure to conduct PST (Running):-
i) Frisking of Candidate
ii) Scanning of Bar code from Admit card and Registration of candidate by capturing photographs and biometric fingerprint after confirming the identity from ID produced by the candidate.
iii) Providing separate chest numbers & tying RFID tags to candidate’s feet which will be scanned using a chip scanner.
iv) The candidates are required to pass through all the points of the runway i.e. starting point, midpoint and finish point so that the chip tied to their feet is recorded automatically in the system and if a candidate’s chip is not recorded at any point, he/she shall be disqualified and for such failure he himself shall be responsible.
v) De-registration, obtaining Bio-metric and taking back RFID chip & chest number at the end
of PST.
The whole process of PST will be captured through CCTV installed at different places to check impersonation and for the purpose of transparency and fairness but for calculating race time/PST, only the time recorded by RFID tag/chip will be considered for selection.
PMT Procedure:-
i) After Frisking, biometric attendance, scanning of Bar code on admit card, videography of candidate he/she will appear before the committee assigned for PMT.
ii) PMT will be carried out through computerized machines in which measurement data will be displayed on the screen.
iii) Candidate shall sign on the measurement slip. The candidate will be given the result of PMT immediately after his measurement.
iv) A CCTV will be placed at PMT Counter covering each machine such that the candidate participating in the PMT event is captured.
