Educational Qualification

a) The Technical personnel appointed in ICAR against the entry-level post of Technical Assistant (T-3)under Category-II of T SR and having at least 05 (five) years of regular service in the pay level-5 of 7th CPC.

b) The officials appointed on DR mode in T-3 grade, but subsequently promoted to higher grads on a 5-yearly assessment basis will also be considered against T-3 vacancy.

c) The employees should have completed five years of regular service as on the date of calling of applications i.e. 17.03.2022, except in the case where the request is being made on medical/working spouse grounds, etc.

d) The above eligibility mentioned at points no. 1 to 3 should be in the respective Functuibak Group only and also against the reservation points. However, the DR vacancies meant for UR/OBC, the candidates/officials of any category (UR/OBC/SC/ST) shall be eligible for transfer through an inter-institutional transfer basis.

e) The terms & conditions for Inter-institutional transfer will be governed as laid down in the Council’s letter TS-19(01)/2002-Estt.lV dated 19.03.2020 & dated
