5. Attendance Management, Conduct of exams, Grading and collation.
6. Facilities bookings, classrooms and study material availability and allied coordination.
7. Maintaining the database & regular updates and systematic filing of records (softcopy/hardcopy both).
8. Collecting, entering and collating course and instructor’s feedback.
9. Preparation of letters such as invitation letters/bonafide based on student’s suitable requirements/disciplinary/expense bills and associated work etc. under the guidance of department head.
10. Terms registration of participants, event management support and convocation-related work.
11. Website updating, preparing leaflets, policy and manuals etc.
12. In online Mode working on Moodle, Handling zoom a/cs and other academic software.
13. Assisting the PGP Office in its day-to-day/any other duty assigned by the department head related to academics as per requirement which may involve working on weekends if need be.
