Experience: 

• If working in PSU/ Central/ State Govt./ Railways Organization then: Total Experience- 02 years. Presently working in scale of Rs. 20600– 46500/- (IDA) (PR) / Rs. 50,000- 1,60,000/- (IDA) (R) / Rs. 9300-34800+ GP 4800 (CDA) (PR). or 2 years in scale of Rs. 16400- 40500 (IDA) (PR)/ Rs. 40000- 140000/- (IDA)(R) / Rs. 9300-34800+ GP 4600(CDA).
• If working in Private Sector Organization then: Total Experience- 02 years CTC- Presently drawing a total CTC of not less than 08 Lacs PA. Nature of experience: Candidate should be well versed with Establishment matters and policy matters, IR related issues, pay revision, Training & Development, handling HR issues, Labour legislations, RTI matter, Disciplinary actions etc. He/she should be proficient in computer related skills preferably SAP-ERP.

Assistant Officer – 2 Posts

• Two years full time MBA/ PGDM in HR discipline or Equivalent with not less than 60% marks.
