Chen Jin, the head of Lenovo Mobile Business Group, recently shared Motorola’s ambitious plans for the upcoming year on Weibo. One of the highlights is the launch of a new foldable smartphone, building upon the iconic Razr series. This upgraded model is expected to feature a sleeker design and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Motorola’s Razr 40 series, known for its affordability, has already gained traction in the market, with the standard Razr 40 priced at around Rs. 45,000.

The integration of AI won’t be limited to the foldable lineup, as Motorola plans to extend AI-powered features across various smartphones, including the flagship Moto X series. This move aligns with Lenovo’s “AI for all” concept, suggesting advancements that leverage large language models to enhance user-friendliness and functionality.

Jin hinted at enhancements to the S series and G series, implying the introduction of new models within these popular lineups. This signals Motorola’s commitment to catering to a diverse range of users with varied preferences and requirements.

In addition to the smartphone offerings, 2024 might witness the unveiling of other Motorola products, potentially accessories or peripherals. However, specific details about these additional products remain undisclosed.

Motorola’s commitment to performance is evident with its flagship smartphones, expected to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Moreover, the company aims to cover a broad spectrum of users by introducing mid-range and entry-level models powered by Qualcomm’s latest processors.

As Motorola embarks on this ambitious roadmap for 2024, consumers can anticipate cutting-edge technology, AI integration, and a diverse range of smartphones that cater to different needs and preferences.
