Board/Senior Management means the following: (a) WTD in PSBs/FIs/Private sector banks; or (b) Group Executive and equivalent level (one level below the board position) in private sector banks; or (c) CGM and above in RBI; or (d) CGM in NABARD/PSBs/other Fls; or (e) GM in PSBs where CGM post is not available; or (0 Equivalent of the above in case of other organisations.
