NPCIL Scientific Assistant Exam Pattern
The important details regarding the exam pattern for the written examination is as follows:
The questions are of the objective type. Candidates must choose one out of four options available to answer the question.
There are a total of 100 questions.
The examination will take place for 1.5 hours. Candidates with benchmark disabilities, i.e. PwBD will be given an extra 20 minutes for every hour of the examination.
Each question carries 2 marks. Hence, the total mark that candidates can secure in the written exam is 100 marks.
Every incorrect answer will attract a penalty of 0.5 marks.
