Step 1: Visit the official website of Odisha Public Service Commission https://www.opsc.gov.in/

Step 2: Look for the “What’s New” option on the homepage.

Step 3: Click on the “Download Admission Certificate & Instruction for the Written Examination to be held for Recruitment of Asst. Director of Handicrafts (Advt. No. 09 of 2022-23)” link in the “What’s New” section.

Step 4: Enter the required details in the admit card login page.

Step 5: Download the admit card and make sure to take a printout of it for the examination.
