OPSC Assistant Professor DV and Physical Verification Schedule 2021 Details
It is for information of all concerned that, pursuant to advertisement No. 08 of 2020-2021 58 of (Fifty-Eight) candidates, bearing the following PPSAN have been called for the physical verify original documents to determine their eligibility and suitability for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor, Wildlife & Biodiversity Conservation,
The physical verification of original certificates/documents etc. in respect of those candidates will
be held in the office of the Commission at 19, Dr P. K. Parija Road, Cuttack — 753001
The candidates are required to submit the following documents at the time of verification:-
1 The hard copies of online application forms indicating their PPSAN at the top right hand
corner.
2. ‘Three passport size photographs
3 Self-attested photocopies of all relevant certificates and such other documents etc, with original as per Para -9 of the advertisement.
4. Duly filled in “Attestation Form” & “Bio-data Form”, (to be downloaded from the website of the Commission.) in person on the day of verification,
5. 04 sets of Xerox copies of Published Research Papers.
‘The candidate (s) shall be allowed to face the interview subject to fulfillment of their eligibility criterion in all respect after completion of verification of documents.
