A. Typewriting (Tamil & English)
Grades: Pre-Junior, Junior, Senior, and High Speed.
Content: Ordinary printed passages, manuscripts, formatting professional letters, and complex statements/tables.
Speed Requirements: Based on specific "strokes" per grade (e.g., 1,500 strokes for Junior, 2,250 for Senior).
B. Shorthand (Tamil & English)
Grades: Junior (80 wpm), Intermediate (100 wpm - English only), Senior (120 wpm), and High Speed (150/180/200 wpm).
Content: Taking dictation from a reader and transcribing it accurately into longhand.
C. Accountancy
Grades: Junior and Senior.
Content: Bookkeeping, final accounts, bills of exchange, trial balance, and commercial principles.
