TN MRB has released the list of documents required to the certificate verification. The following documents are required to the CV for the post of Assistant Surgeons.

1. Evidence of Date of Birth.
2. Evidence of Educational qualification
3. Medical Council Permanent Registration Certificate.
4. Certificate of character and conduct issued by the Head of the Institution.
5. Evidence of Tamil qualification.
6. Community certificate.
7. No Objection Certificate from the Appointing Authority.
8. The candidate shall submit an undertaking and a declaration.
9. Differently abled certificate issued by the competent authority.
10. Two (2) Passport size colour photographs.
11. Anyone of Photo ID Card issued by Government Authority.
12. The candidate will also be asked to sign on the printed copy of the on-line application.
