UP Lekhpal Exam Pattern 2026 (Revised)
The official UP Lekhpal Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme have been revised. The exam will no longer comprise a Maths Section. Instead, the Paper will be divided into three parts. The exam will be conducted in the form of an Offline, pen-and-paper based test comprising 100 MCQs for a total of 100 marks. Check the detailed exam pattern below.
The UPSSSC Lekhpal exam consists of 100 objective‑type questions for 100 marks.
Each correct answer carries 1 mark.
There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
The total duration of the exam is 2 hours (120 minutes).
The written exam will be conducted on an OMR Sheet.
