Skills and Competencies: Should have experience in designing, developing, operating, and managing large-scale multilocation IT systems and project management. S/he should have experience in implementing large-scale systems at the State/National level and Decision Support System (DSS).S/he should have well experienced in the implementation/rolling out of MIS applications in the state or at the National level. S/he should have experience in the implementation of MIS or similar large-scale social development/ livelihoods/banking sector or related projects at the State/National level.

Desirable:

 Experience in the development of software on JAVA Framework independently and supervising other development team members and writing SQL statements.
 Knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.
 S/he should also have program management Skill with experience counted in terms of vendor management/ IT agency.

Age Limit

NRLM job required a maximum of 50 years (as on 01-01-2022) with good sprite.
