•  Advanced university degree in agricultural economics, agribusiness management, rural development or related field, with postgraduate qualifications preferred. At least ten years of relevant experience in management of complex projects on livelihood diversification, value chain, rural business development and agricultural marketing, preferably in Tamil Nadu. Excellent command over Tamil and English (excellent communication, writing and presentation skills).

• Advanced university degree in veterinary, dairy management/dairy development/ economics, rural development or related field, with postgraduate qualifications preferred. At least ten years of relevant experience in management of projects on animal husbandry, dairy development/management, dairy value chain development, dairy value added products, milk supply channels, dairy cooperatives, dairy producer companies and rural business development preferably in Tamil Nadu. Excellent command over Tamil and English (excellent communication, writing and presentation skills).
